Coalition Event Services Ltd ("Coalition", "we") is an event staffing agency registered in England and Wales, based at 63 Pedley Street, London E1 5BW. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@coalitionuk.com.
Enquiries. When you send a brief through our contact form or by email we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, company name and message you choose to give us. We use this to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your event. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Staff network. If you register on our staff portal we collect the details you enter — contact details, experience, availability, right-to-work and payment information — to assess your profile, offer you work and pay you. Our lawful basis is the contract between us and our legal obligations as an employer or engager of staff.
Website use. Our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
We share personal data only with the providers that help us run the business: our email delivery service, our website hosting, the staff portal platform, and Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service protects the contact form from spam. Client briefs are shared with the staff we propose for the event only to the extent needed to deliver it. We do not sell personal data.
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Staff network records are kept for the duration of your registration and for six years afterwards where tax and employment law require it.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@coalitionuk.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token that protect the contact form. These are strictly necessary and do not track you across other sites. Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs on the contact page, may set its own cookie to tell humans from bots. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
